I just wanted to share this article from one of my MANY favorite magazines --->
Today in PT . It talks about proper footwear to prevent bunions and aching feet. I just bought a new pair of shoes and I just hope it will not give me any foot problems..YIKES!!! Here is an excerpt from the article: Therapists will do better by their patients if they make them feel comfortable admitting they would rather not relinquish their Manolo Blahniks. "Fashion is a big force. You need patients to be straightforward about their footwear needs," says Corcoran, explaining that patients will adhere more to a program and to any suggestions for reducing the time they spend in treacherous footwear when PTs work with them this way.
