I have been waking up at 5am to go to the gym or run. I heard on the news today that Getting out of bed before 5 a.m. might be bad for your health, according to a study in Japan that found early risers have a higher risk of medical conditions that can lead to heart attack and stroke. So don't feel bad about sleeping in it's good for you.I just have to get up a little later which means I get to sleep in for extra 30-45 mins.
