When my family was here, my sister and I went to shop for purses. We went to the store and the one we wanted was not available. We had to check online and buy it from there. Which we did. When I got back from UT, I could not wait to check my mail and packages, but to my surprise the purse never arrived. I called and asked the status of my order, and they said it was delivered and dropped off by our back door. I checked and asked Paul if he saw anything, I even asked our next door neighbors if they noticed a box on our front or back porch. And they said they never noticed anything. So they decided to report it as a partial loss, they will replace it and investigate. That night, I was so scared that our neighborhood was not SAFE!! yeah, as if there is a place totally SAFE. I spoke with my sister and told her that I could not find it and they said that they entered it for a replacement but it will be shipped on Wednesday.
Since I am off today, Veterena's Day the boys and I were playing inside the house, went outside, rode their bikes, skateboards. And they decided to shoot hoops in our backyard. It rained on Nov 2, It was windy last Sunday, so you can just imaghine how crazy and mess our backyard was. Then I saw a BIG BROWN BAG next to the basketball hoops. I checked and picked the box and brought it inside.
I called them back and was so excited. They are so good at Customer Service. The ladies were great. I called my sister and she was relieved too. Now, I need to find clothes and shoes to compliment the purse.
