72nd Birthday - Play that Funky Music

My friend Jinky and I celebrated our "long overdue" 72nd Birthday. Go figure =). So we decided to have a 70's themed party. Ohhh, it was so much fun. We served some of the popular foods in the 70's. Pizza, cheese fondue and chocolate fondue ( we had fountain), hotdogs on toothpicks, hash brownies (we called it hash, but it's just plain brownies =)).

The kids wore hippie shirts, peace sign necklaces. They were having so much fun that we forgot to take their pictures. Actually we were all having so much fun. I was so busy yesterday. I worked all day and then did not have time to put plastic on our couch. haahaa. We played 70's trivia questions. Like I said the kids were having fun that they did not play statue dance, trip to jerusalem and limbo rock. haahaa. While we laughed at the trivia questions and the kids were busy playing Star wars the Men watched the final 4.

Since we did not have a picture of our family from the 70's. I put out Paul's family picture from the 70's. Everybody looked great, hope the cousins and in-laws and Aunts and Uncles do not mind it at all =).

That looks like a lot of fun. In the family picture, I was the screaming baby on my mom's lap (far right). I love looking at old family pictures.
