Chloe successfully pursued Topshop for copying it's yellow overall dress. We have seen Forever 21 copied DVF and Gwen Stefani's LAMB. Does Topshop want to risk its goodwill with customers by ignoring Chloe’s claim? One thing is for sure: Integrity isn’t a disposable commodity, or shouldn’t be.
